Our mission is to help every individual we teach reach their personal goals, realize their full potential, and achieve Black Belt excellence. At Villari's Martial Arts Centers, our professional martial arts instructors help develop self-confidence, self-esteem, and respect for students of all ages and abilities. Whether we’re helping your child develop coordination and self-discipline or helping you manage your health and relieve stress, Villari’s opens our arms to students of all skill levels! We use our Shaolin Kempo Karate system to incorporate mind, body, and spirit as we strengthen students. Villari’s believes that effective self-defense requires not only good physical technique, but confidence as well. That’s why we use positive reinforcement techniques and goal setting to help our students develop a strong self-image. Our classes are grouped based on age and ability with varied focuses at all levels. Students as young as three years old are taught coordination and discipline by professional martial arts instructors while adult group classes concentrate on physical fitness in a positive and fun atmosphere! Whatever your age or skill level, Villari’s Martial Arts Centers can help you master good health and confidence!

    Amazing experience at Villari’s Martial Arts in Southington! The instructors are outstanding, and they really focus on teaching respect, discipline, and confidence. We’ve seen such great growth in my son, both in martial arts skills and everyday life. The classes are welcoming and well-run. Highly recommend!

    Love Villari’s Southington! Instructors/staff are very professional as well as fun! Our son has learned many new skills as well as respect, self-control, and self-discipline! I highly recommend this studio for karate as well as self defense classes!

    Villari's Martial Arts Center in Southington is awesome and will improve your world in many different ways. It's a great place to work out and have fun. Knowledgable instructors plus great special events throughout the year. I would highly recommend signing up for a karate class at Villari's in Southington.

    We have just started at this studio after attending 2 classes with a friend pass. They have been nothing but kind and great with my son. I am looking forward to the experience. They have done a great job walking us through the studio, explaining everything and making us feel very comfortable! My son has already shown me confidence in 3 Classes that I don’t always see!

    Our daughter wanted to sign up for karate, so we gave Villari’s of Southington a call. They were very friendly and helpful right from the start. She loves going to karate every week, and is very disappointed when she has to miss a class. The instructors there are awesome! They are very good at teaching the three rules: Respect, Self-Control, and Self -Discipline. Our daughter has learned so much since she started, and can’t wait to get her black belt in the future.
