  I was a little nervous about trying this out although a friend of mine recommended it. I am 60 yo and in decent shape for my age but have some of the usual knee pains. I was pleasantly surprised with the program and its instructors. I had Everett for my free intro class and have mostly opted for his classes since I found him to be patient and motivational. There was nothing I couldn’t do and it was easy to adjust to achieve my own pace. I have been doing it for over a month once a week and it has been excellent for both my cardio and upper/lower conditioning. It’s a great group. I suggest you at least try it. You won’t be disappointed.

  Amazing studio, amazing instructors and an incredible workout. No pressure, no judgment and let’s you go at your own pace. I’m 59 years old and this is just right for me. 1 45 min class and I felt it across my upper body and legs. Highly recommend.

  The absolute best workout! The instructors bring so much energy to class as well as helpful pointers along the way. Definitely consider giving Rumble a try!

  If I can give negative stars I would . I became a member in February and opening was delayed . I was diagnosed with a tumor in my stomach and notified them that I wouldn't be able to to go ahead as a member . Which was doctors orders and asked for a refund I was denied and I explained that my intentions were to be a member but things happened out of my control and the doctor would not give me the ok .. Went back and forth and nothing was resolved . Last we spoke they said thats our policy and rudely told me that I can get a credit when better! Worst customer service

  Loubna is the most awesome trainer!! She is upbeat and encouraging the whole time. My daughter and I love going to her class. She is a literal lifesaver!!
