From the initial booking process until the moment we left, we had a fantastic experience. The booking process was seamless, and Brittney from the sales team was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and requests. On the day of the event, every team member greeted us with a smile. We were welcomed by the manager and introduced to our host, John, who was exceptional. Despite our large party and the high number of small children, John was attentive and helpful with every concern. The event manager, Analise (?) also checked in several times to offer assistance and helpful suggestions. The music was great, the food was delicious—I highly recommend the funnel fries—and the Rockstar package was well worth the money. Your team successfully entertained and fed 23 children of varying ages for nearly three hours. I highly recommend Bowlero Norwalk for future events. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
