  Incredibly helpful team members that are very knowledgeable about the equipment they sell and what best suits your needs. Would encourage anyone in need of outdoor rec equipment/clothing to come to this REI!

  I was traveling from boston to alabama with my surfboards, i had a soft rack that went through my windows which worked but it was so loud on the highway. Rei has everything so I decided to stop by and check out a set up before I drove another 1,000 miles. Samory spent a lot of time with me, answered a ton of questions and helped me find what I needed. I installed it in the parking lot and I am now several hours into my drive home, very happy with the setup. No road noise and its super solid. I have a 9ft longboard on my roof doing about 80mph with no worries. I didnt expect to spend 1k on a rack setup today, but my boards worth almost double and the piece of mind and the silence while driving compared to tying it down is incredible. Again huge thanks to Samory, i made a large purchase and decision in a very short amount of time and I could not be happier!! Worth every second and penny I took out of my trip to make this happen!

  Crappy selection of outdoor merchandise, everything's cost prohibited. Better off going to Target, Bass Pro or even Walmart. Rude, unhelpful racist customer dis-service. I've been a member for the last 25 years and never came across the level of idiotic racial profiling until going to the Milford location. I'm in the middle of the store looking at tech fanny packs and all 4 clerks were eyeballing me as if I were going to bolt out the door. I'm almost 70 and noticed they are quite bigoted if you don't look like you shop regularly at Abercrombie and Fitch. After my purchase I asked the check out girl if I could get a bag and she told me, "we don't have bags." At hearing that I told her I didn't see any signage as to that and she snarkily said, "we haven't had bags since 2006." While leaving disgusted I responded, "Like I was supposed to have known that?" A real crap sandwich...

  My husband and I came to get a hiking backpack to carry our 1 year old in. Syd was SO helpful!! She spent quality time with us to get it fitted, try it out (even with a screaming toddler), and gave us great tips and tricks. I don’t think we would’ve ended up purchasing without her help! And of course, grabbing some goodrs made our trip a plus
