Food & drink wise, it was decently priced. Management wise, they could be better operated. Staff could be a bit more entusiastic. However it's a good time to strike some pins. You get what you pay for I suppose.

horrible management and experience
we had scheduled a private tournament event here - and they messed up everything. From the number or lanes available, scoring, and food
food was horrible and customer service was horrendous
will never come back again and so will 50+ people in our group - to the owner do yourself a favor and let go of Jonathan

Let me start by saying I have been going to this bowling ally for 30 years through different ownership and management. I went last night with a group of friends (9 total) for the "After Party" Unlimited bowling. After being told we couldn't each pay for our bowling individually and consequently putting it all on my card $296.02. We got our shoes and lanes....lane fully lit up like it was league bowling. Asked the I assume manager to switch the lights to After Party theme and was told that he leaves the lights on in case his league bowlers want to use those lanes to practice. Little does he know I am indeed a league bowler. So I went on my way to not cause a fuss. We had 2 lanes that were constantly glitch, freezing and skipping people's turns and making up a frame score. Also the conditions of the approach were horrendously slippery. No one cared about our problems. Dont get me started on the waitress..oh wait she didnt even acknowledge we were there. After years of service and dropping 300 last night I will say bowler has ruined this place for me. Losing a great paying patron

My and my family are in town for a family vacation from Florida. We called in and let the staff know that we had 23 people coming to bowl. 3 of whom are under the age of 3. The staff quoted us a price of around 640 stating 3 and under are not charged. This price included 2 hours of bowling, buffet style pizza, tenders, French fries and game cards for the arcade for the kids. About 15 minutes into our first game. Management approached us (His name was Tyler I believe) and said we had more names on the playing screen than we stated were attending. We counted our party and realized he meant the 2 two year olds we had bowling with the older kids. He said if they are bowling they must pay (even though we were advised beforehand that there was no charge for 3 and under) and that he's never heard of that policy and not sure why we were told that. Fine, inconvenient but not the end of the world. However, this particular manager and a woman who I assume to be a manager as well (she wore regular clothes with no name tag) continued to "watch us." Then about an hour into our 2 hours he came to us again and said he has to charge us for 5 more people. Because he counted and we have more people bowling than we specified. At this point I began to feel harassed. I let him know that if necessary I could line our entire party up so he could count them if need be. Maybe 10 minutes later he came and said that he was accidently counting a family of 5 who was placed next to us as part of our party. And that the staff should not have done that and he apologized. Once our 2 hours were up we headed to the arcade and realized we were also were missing a few of the game cards for the kids. But my experience up to that point made me not even bother to attempt to get them replaced. Overall, we tried to make the best of the situation for the kids (we had 12 with us) but the experience was not great and I wouldn't recommend this place based off our experience.
