The rainbow boy working at the bar friday night was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. He was also up charging us and wouldn’t let us buy a pitcher of soda unless we also bought a pizza, which is completely out of the ordinary. I live about five minutes from this bowling alley and have been here many times, and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Really disappointing customer service. other than that, the other staff members were very friendly.

If I could’ve, I would’ve given this place a ZERO star. Terrible experience. My mother is in town and I decided to take her there for a fun night out. They messed up our food, which I totally understand-mistakes happen. But then after a couple of games, we went in line to check out. My Mom had waited behind a couple of girls and then it was our turn in line. The guy at the cashier proceeded to ask us if we were a part of the certain group. We said no, which then sent us to the back of the line AGAIN (after he proceeded to check our 5 other people). Finally it was our turn and my mom had stepped up to pay. Her water accidentally spilled over and the guy FIRST asked if she was ok. And then he asked if she had a lid and where she got the water from. Again, my mom is IN TOWN and also has autoimmune deficiency which requires her to have water at all times. He then proceeded to SPIRAL after she told him she has to have water in case she needs her medication. Started accusing her of coming at him. The most unprofessional experience I have witnessed. He took absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever AND works in customer service? Good luck.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lucky Bowling Alley. The lanes kept malfunctioning and resetting in the middle of our game, and we had to wait several times for someone to fix it. It completely ruined the flow of our night. What made things worse was how we were treated by staff. The employees were dismissive and rude, and we felt singled out compared to other groups there. As young women of color, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The situation escalated when we were suddenly told to leave. We were kicked out without any clear explanation. When we calmly asked why, no one would give us a reason. Being asked to leave with no explanation, after already dealing with poor service, felt unfair and humiliating. On top of that, the facility didn’t feel very clean — sticky tables and worn rental shoes that didn’t appear properly maintained. Overall, it was an upsetting experience, and we left feeling disrespected and confused. I would not recommend this place.

I visited this Lucky Strike location (formerly Bowlero) on a Sunday night around 8PM. All other places had at least a 2 hour wait so we decided to just check this place out and I am glad we did! For a decent price of around $30 per person all-in patrons can participate in all you can bowl until they close which is 11PM on Sundays. Not a bad deal. The bumpers had an issue which we had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to fix which was a little annoying, but besides that, the lanes were clean and well-maintained, there were plenty of balls to choose from, the bathroom was decently clean, and there is A LOT of parking. Overall, I would definitely come back here if I am expecting to bowl at least 3 games or so.

I'm not the type to leave reviews but this place is garbage. I would absolutely give 0 stars if I could, this place is legitimately a scam. The man charging us didn't disclose prices. He also did not tell us how much we were paying. I came in with a party of four, with myself being in a medical boot and already and were met with horrible customer service. I told him, and so did the other person with us, we were paying in two separate parties, he didn't listen and proceeded to charge just the one card. He also said it would be only 10.99 and 5.99 for shoe rentals, took our card and said nothing else, didn't tell us how much we were even paying, but we were under the impression it was roughly 17$ each, due to him not disclosing anything otherwise and even already charging for four people. We only played 3 games and got charged $161. Myself and the other person I was with came back in asking for clarity, guy was super disrespectful and yet unclear, didn't even fully tell us what we paid for, demanded an explanation and we got further from it, wouldn't have paid for anything if we knew it was this much, asked for our money back and to pay what we were told we were going to pay, genuinely a scam. Lied about prices, took our money, didn't even listen. This place is garbage.
