If you’re looking for new ski boots go see Ryan in the boot department. He truly provides a level of customer service you would only expect to find in a high end ski shop. Super knowledgeable, thorough and patient in helping you find the exact right boots for your feet and performance preferences.

Loved the boot fitting and service from the young lady who helped me get into a great ski boot at my price point. From there things went downhill no pun intended when “Dave” informed me that the discount promotion was only available if you printed the web coupon and then proceeded to reprimand the poor lady that mentioned the discount promotion to me. It took some time to locate the web coupon and Dave just stared at me with a smug look on his face seemingly enjoying watching me panic to find the coupon. I would recommend “Dave” engage in some customer care training.

The Junior Trade Program through Epic is seriously such a good program that makes ski gear affordable and easy as your children grow. You are able to move boots down between siblings and they do a great job with sizing and setting kids up for success. Very grateful for the quality of service and how awesome this program is for getting kids into skiing without breaking the bank.

These guys sold me a bike and both tires went flat almost immediately without having ran over anything to pop the tube.

Tried to go in and get my snowboard waxed on a Monday, was told it would t be ready until Saturday. Don’t waste your time going here like I did. 6 days on a snowboard wax is crazy.
Reply to owner reply: honestly nothing was communicated to me, I stood at the counter for a long time before being acknowledged as well. I went down the street and was helped right away with a 48 hour turnaround for wax and edging.
