Absolutely unacceptable experience.
The rental company never disclosed that the snowboard they gave me had already been in use for five years. I rode it under normal conditions for two full days with zero issues. Only after I was completely done snowboarding did I notice that the front edge was cracked.
Despite this clearly being wear and tear from an old board, they still charged me $194, claiming the board was “no longer usable.” After forcing me to pay in full, they offered no explanation, no apology, and zero goodwill.
This is a blatant attempt to shift responsibility onto the customer for their poorly maintained, outdated equipment. The way this business treats customers is disgraceful.
I feel completely taken advantage of, and I will never rent from this company again. I strongly recommend others stay far away

Went in to buy some snowboard boots. Logan was extremely knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed, no wait at all even though I tried on 5 pairs. I walked out with a new pair of heat fitted boots within 40 mins, will recommend others come here for their boot needs as well!

The prices for snowboards were reasonable, but the salesman I had today was honestly so bad haha
He’s lucky I really wanted to buy a new board today or I would’ve probably went somewhere else, because his service was that bad. Not very helpful or informative, he pre selected a lower price range he thought I was looking for which I thought was weird and kind of rude, and seemed like he just wanted to go stand around with his coworkers who were also standing around (it was a slow snowy day so I get it but cmon dude I’m asking you for the most basic form of help here)
Ended up just looking through all the boards by myself one by one until I found one I liked in my size. The girls at the register were actually really nice and helpful, though.
