  We had such a great experience during our visit! We came in for an evening of family bonding and bowling, and even though the center was busy with multiple parties, everything ran so smoothly. Dallas at the front desk made check-in quick and easy, keeping things moving seamlessly. Mel, the manager, went above and beyond. My bank flagged the charge as fraud, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. She took the time to talk to me over the phone and work things out. Mel is amazing, professional, understanding, and a great leader for her staff. Annabeth did an amazing job managing the phones during what I can imagine to be a busy Saturday night. The whole team's efforts it did not go unnoticed! The kids had an absolute blast, and we truly appreciated the effort everyone put in to make the experience so positive. Thank you all!

  If I'm asked to move lanes 3 different times because they pin setter is broken, the ball return doesn't work or whatever other reason; I shouldn't be asked to pay full price. If I go to pay and mention the experience was not a good one and it is not acknowledged; it doesn't make me want to bowl here again. Lack of care for the experience and upkeep for the lanes makes for a bad experience.

  Customer service is not dead, folks—it’s alive, thriving, and apparently working full-time at this place. We went bowling with friends last night and somehow ended up in what can only be described as the Super Bowl of bowling experiences—and it was all thanks to Mel. Honestly, Mel should be traveling the globe training customer service managers like some kind of hospitality superhero. The place was spotless, the vibe was perfect, and Ryan took such good care of us I briefly considered inviting him to future family gatherings. We were so well taken care of that every future bowling trip is basically ruined. Like, why even bother unless Mel and Ryan are there? Truly, a once-in-a-lifetime bowling experience… which is not something I ever thought I’d say. Congratulations on absolutely winning at life. 🏆🎳

  We've enjoyed all of Bowlero's experiences in the past (especially the half-price arcade on Wednesdays!), and we had part of my daughter's 10th birthday party at the arcade. I got a jackpot in Skee-Ball and was hoping to give the 1,500 tickets to my daughter, but the machine didn't credit us with the tickets. Staff member Mel listened to our issue and was very friendly and understanding in getting everything sorted out. Thanks for a great experience!
