  I had an amazing experience at Vail Mountain Plaza. The service is excellent and incredibly fast. I was especially impressed that if you already have a reservation, the staff proactively looks for you in line to assist you. Highly recommended for their top-notch customer service!

  What a great experience I had at Vail Sports in the Village with Colin and Sam! I stopped in because my ski boots were clearly packed out from age and a few warm days of skiing, and my right foot had started to hurt. Colin and Sam took the time to evaluate the situation and explained that it was simply time for a new pair of boots. It was exactly what I needed and completely saved my vacation. Colin made sure the new boots fit perfectly and also set me up with custom insoles. I skied in the new boots for two full days at Vail before heading home, and I had zero issues, no foot pain, no pinch points, nothing. Just great skiing.

  Huge thanks to Colin Guenther at Vail Sports for outstanding service. My QST 98s broke and were beyond repair, but Colin handled the situation with total professionalism and a great attitude. He took the time to inspect everything carefully, explained the options clearly, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and back on the mountain without missing a beat. Top-tier customer service — knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely committed to helping the customer. Vail Sports is lucky to have him.
