- ARA RDec 29, 20255.0Vail Sports is one of the premiere outdoor clothing stores in Lionsheads Village. They have tons of great mens and womans merchandise here, plus ski equipment. We walked out with a great outfit for the plane ride home!

I rented a snowboard from Vail Sports 21 for my annual ski trip with my family. The staff was wonderful and the equipment was all very new and well taken care of. After receiving the rental and riding the gondola to the top of the mountain we noticed an issue with one of the straps on the binding. We took the board back right away. The staff was so kind and fixed the issue immediately. We then had a great time skiing the rest of the day. When returning the rental after almost a full day of skiing the manager showed great empathy that we lost a few hours skiing due to the issue with the strap needing fixed. He reimbursed us for the rental with no questions asked. He took initiation to make the situation right even though we didn’t ask him to. He and the staff seemed to value time and customer experience which we were so grateful for. We plan to continue to rent from here for future trips to Vail and recommend this place to the rest of our family and friends who ski Vail as well.
