I had so many idiosyncratic issues coming into this trip (including fitting into boots and helmet after an unrelated injury), but their expert advice and positivity made the trip possible in spite of it -- in a practical sense, but also by giving the extra boost of confidence I needed. We felt like they sincerely cared. Definitely recommend.
