He didn’t just point me to goggles; he walked me through why certain ones stood out, what customers consistently loved, and what actually performs best on the mountain. Lance took the time to dial in the perfect fit, made sure everything worked with my helmet, and clearly knew his stuff inside and out. Zero pressure, all expertise. You can tell he genuinely cares about setting people up with gear they’ll be stoked on, not just making a sale. If you’re shopping for goggles (or anything ski-related), do yourself a favor and ask for Lance. Colin immediately diagnosed the problem that my boots were not properly fitted and worked with me to find a new pair, spending a lot of time fitting the new boots. He was patient and knowledgeable and I had a great experience. I highly recommend the shop and Colin for any boot fittings.

Mark Vito did a great job fitting my boots, and over the years, anytime I’ve needed small adjustments, someone at the store has always been happy to help without hesitation. Today, Jason assisted me by trimming a piece of foam stuck to my liner, and the process was quick and easy. Great service and a team that truly stands behind their work.
