  Dillon was absolutely next level awesome! I walked into Vail Sports Arabelle already flustered after a long travel day and realizing I had messed up my rental plans. I was expecting a quick no and to be sent on my way, but instead the staff immediately stepped in to help me sort everything out. Dillon took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and calmly worked through my situation until we had a solid plan. What could have been a stressful headache turned into something totally manageable because of his attitude and effort. The boot fitting team was just as impressive. I have always struggled to find boots that actually feel right, and they did not rush the process at all. They brought out multiple options, made adjustments, and checked in constantly to be sure everything felt comfortable. I never felt like an inconvenience, even though it took some time to get it right. Overall the entire team went above and beyond, and it honestly changed how my trip started. I would absolutely come back and recommend this location to anyone visiting Vail.

  Steven was absolutely incredible! It was our first time skiing and he helped us with equipment recommendations and fitting. He even told us about the "miracle boots". His assistance made our skiing experience that much more enjoyable. When we went back for a second day, he remembered us and provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Steven!

  The staff was amazing! They helped my boyfriend and I get prepped up for our ski lesson (we were running behind) but were able to make up for time and made it on time for our lesson. So thank you do the excellent service!

  The staff was super helpful, they helped me find the right boot size, got me all of my equipment and helped me get ready on time so I didn’t miss my class. Would highly recommend

  Dillon was EXTREMELY helpful and chill! When I stumbled in carrying three pairs of skis from Beaver Creek, I did not realize we couldn't store them in Vail overnight, and I think he could see the utter exhaustion and disappointment in my eyes. So, he checked their available space, and generously allowed us to store them overnight, and also helped me figure out where to get boots, store them, etc etc - I was a mess, and I appreciated it! Their boot fitting team is also very thorough and helpful, they tried several different types of boots for my big wide flipper feet, and even though it was probably tedious for them, they stuck with me until they found the right pair. Thanks y'all!
