  This service is great. And the staff at Lionshead that took care of our family this week was either trained exceptionally well or just the nicest people Vail hires. Won’t travel with skis again if Epic Gear is available

  This was our first year using the service and we could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. The equipment was top notch and the people working the shop were experts in fitting first timers as well as seasons skiiers. Shoutout to Jeremy and Ashton, under difficult circumstances they were extremely accommodating and empathetic. Highly recommend this service to epic users.

  Very convenient. Great equipment and knowledgeable staff!! Also can check skis at the end of the day an no charge.
