  Disappointed in my experience here. I needed new Burton bindings after my Burton bindings broke on the mountain. They didn’t have them in stock, but assured me that the Lionshead store did, without verifying first before they sent me over there. The Lionshead store refused to sell me the complete bindings I needed, because they were the ‘last 5 they had stock’ and they wanted them on hand in case they needed them for rentals. They had no other solution and seemed to not really care about finding one.

  Well, I would like to tell you about my unpleasant experience in this store, we were in Vail for about 6 days, we rented and used Burton brand equipment, we rented at Burton Arabelle, we were a group of 9 people all renting and one didn't have her size boots, when they redirected us to this store to make the change, from the first day they treated us in a racist manner, asking us if we worked at the hotel, when we spent more than $5000 in the two stores. At the time of returning the boards and boots, they tried to make us believe that we had damaged one of the boards so they wanted to find a way to make us pay for it, there again we felt the contempt and racism towards us, in the end we ended up taking things to the burton from arabelle and we resolved everything there without any problem! The employee who treated us with racism is called TREVOR! Be careful with him!

  Staffs not helping, ignoring customers. Just having full on conversation with her friend while we are waiting to ask some simple questions. The lady saw us multiple times but kept ignoring, my partner had to go ask for the help, interrupting their personal conversation. On top of that she did not even have any knowledge in the matter we were interested. At the end of the day who helped us was not the employee but another customer! How funny. Very disappointing.

  My experience with store manager Brian was so bad that after 16 years being a loyal Burton customer, I decided to look for other brands, got overcharged for horrible customer service, I'm ok paying for quality service, but getting ripped off by some rude dude, that's unacceptable, shame on you Burton for the lowest customer service level in the business.
