  Stopped into the Burton store in Vail Village after having an issue with the heel pant clip on my Step On bindings. Not ideal mid-trip. Dan was the man — he helped me replace it quickly and got me back on the mountain without missing a beat. Super helpful, no hassle, just genuine service. Really appreciate the help. Made a big difference in keeping the trip going.

  Dan and Jen were awesome! I lost a nut / bolt on my toe strap and they got me fixed up in and out in 5 minutes! Super nice people!
