  While it has been a challenging snow year, especially these last two weeks of the season, I have to say the grooming team did an amazing job keeping as much of the mountain open as they could for as long as they could! Great job all! THANK YOU so much for your efforts to keep us sking!

  As someone that skis Colorado frequently, this is by far my favorite resort.

  "Baker" at the Ski School was extremely helpful, polite, and easy to work with. I had a few complex questions about pricing and passes and modifying our three kids lesson days. He was endlessly patient and had incredible depth of knowledge to work with my "mom calculus" trying to figure out the best way to make tickets and lessons happen efficiently for everyone. I also didn't get a chance to talk to the instructor for my kids at pickup, so I emailed the school to find out their ski levels for when we return next year, and Baker immediately was able to contact their teachers and share their lesson feedback with me within 24 hours. A final shout out also to all the resort hosts in yellow jackets who assist with directions and hand out stickers, and to "Booker" at the Epic desk who must have to deal with a long line of frustrated people managing Telluride-Epic crossover issues every day, he was so was friendly and positive!

  I think the owners needs to invest in some faster lifts. Instructors at the ski school were great and my kid had a good time. Maybe get everyone a walkie talky so can call each other at end of day to find out where and which group kid is with. Was waiting around in the wrong area for a while. Its ok, not the worst, but made it not a fun expereince to wait forever to get my kid.
