  Hello! We were in Telluride for a DH Mtn bike race the 9th and 10th of August and we were in the shop numerous times. Unfortunately, my son was having mechanical after mechanical on Saturday butToby and his staff were BEYOND helpful!!! The whole staff was great to us the whole day. It felt like we were in the shop more than he was on the course but we are so grateful for all of the help and hope to see you all next year! (but maybe after a full day on the hill!! ) LOL Amber and Aiden Rowell

  Had the best experience in this shop during my weekend in Telluride. Toby and staff worked with me on bike issues with great customer service and care. I eventually rode a bike from the rental fleet that was top notch. Toby understands mountain bike customers, and makes your time in their location worth it. Seriously cannot thank this shop enough for the hospitality through a DH race weekend.

  Bike rentals are setup horribly and are an absolute death trap. The suspension has so much air in it to the point where it didn’t move at all it was like it was locked out. Genuinely don’t know what was going through the person head when they set this up, this has to be a joke. LIKE WHAT IS THE POINT IN THE SUSPENSION IF IT CANT EVEN MOVE!? And the people who are renting out the bikes have no clue what they’re talking about. Please don’t rent bikes from here they are not safe. Please get people that can actually work on bikes this is a huge safety hazard.

  They don't stand by the products they sell. Bought two camelbak backpacks and both leaked and one wore a hole in the fabric in less than a day of using. The manager intentionally avoided us completely and made her staff deal with us. Their only solution was to deal with the manufacturer directly because they couldn't help us. Don't waste your time at this store.

  TERRIBLE- On Dec 28 I tried walking in to rent boots and skis. I waited 20 min for someone to speak to me only to tell me that I need to go online to make a reservation. There were half a dozen people working and no one would make eye contact or help whatsoever. I finally got someone's attention and asked how to rent boots. Basically with as little interaction as possible I was told, "go on line, make reservation", and without another word they walked off in a rush. I made the reservation (Confirmation Number: 19891293), paid $215 with CC, and came back the next morning (with my ski instructor with me), only to be told the website shouldn't have allowed me to make a reservation and that they would not honor it. I heard the employee tell the person in front of me this and they spent several minutes cussing and arguing with her. So, when my time came to get this news I tried to not take it out on the poor employee who had obviously been getting cussed out all day, but I was furious. I just basically said your company is horrible and left. However, I walked across the road to Christies, who I didn't have a reservation with, and they were polite and helped me on the spot with no reservations. 5 stars for Christies. If I could give MINUS FIVE STARS to Telluride Sports I would. This place is mismanaged and due to this has very unhappy employees. GO ELSEWHERE if you want to be treated like you are appreciated.
