  Hello! We were in Telluride for a DH Mtn bike race the 9th and 10th of August and we were in the shop numerous times. Unfortunately, my son was having mechanical after mechanical on Saturday butToby and his staff were BEYOND helpful!!! The whole staff was great to us the whole day. It felt like we were in the shop more than he was on the course but we are so grateful for all of the help and hope to see you all next year! (but maybe after a full day on the hill!! ) LOL Amber and Aiden Rowell

  Bike rentals are setup horribly and are an absolute death trap. The suspension has so much air in it to the point where it didn’t move at all it was like it was locked out. Genuinely don’t know what was going through the person head when they set this up, this has to be a joke. LIKE WHAT IS THE POINT IN THE SUSPENSION IF IT CANT EVEN MOVE!? And the people who are renting out the bikes have no clue what they’re talking about. Please don’t rent bikes from here they are not safe. Please get people that can actually work on bikes this is a huge safety hazard.

  Belittling and rude staff. Very unwelcoming and acted annoyed at our big group of 10 people wanting to rent their bikes and gear. We felt like we couldn’t get out of there fast enough and they had all these random fees and charges that we weren’t aware of. They also charged me insurance on the bikes when we didn’t agree to that. We felt like they screwed us over. I would avoid this place at all costs if we ever came to telluride to mountain bike again. They even acted annoyed that we would even consider mountain biking cause we weren’t experienced and they acted annoyed that we insisted on going anyway. We took the green trails and had a blast and were perfectly capable. The only person that was kind to us was a guy named Taylor so look for him if you go there.

  Just saw an employee insult and berate a young mother who couldn’t get her toddler to wear a mask. Appalling. This place has always had rude staff.
