He asked what I normally ski on and quickly found me a comparable option that felt familiar. He clearly knows his stuff, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a great experience, and he truly made my trip better. Highly recommend this shop!
