If I could give it less I would. The front desk staff was incredibly rude. My sister and I only wanted to watch our kids and my brother (who paid to swim). We had to sign liability waivers to get in and they were irritated that we just wanted to sit and watch. Then our kids wanted to use the climbing wall, which was no problem for them and my brother to get in, but when my sister and I followed we were yelled at and told we had to buy a pass and sign more waivers. They didn’t leave their desk to come talk to us, they yelled across the room rudely. When we asked why we got a snippy remark about it is their policy and we should feel lucky we even were allowed to sit in the waiting area. My family has lived in this area for 20+ years. We have been going to the hot springs for as long as I can remember. But now, I will not be returning. This is not a family friendly place… this has turned into something terrible and it is sad. Best part, they weren’t even busy and they still treated us so poorly.

Hotsprings here are mid. I went to old town hotsprings just for the hotsprings because I have asthma and was charged $35 (it includes everything but I didnt want everything, my asthma is pretty severe and I just needed the hotsprings) and there are only a few pools and none are very hot, it would be great if they could have one they let get up to at least 105 (or hotter). It used to be a good deal when it was $18, but if you arent going to use the gym, it is not worth it. There is a lot of vapor so it does help asthma, but not worth $35 just for vapor, I wish they would have a hotsprings only pass again and put a hot pool in, would make it more worthwhile for those of us who just need the healing waters and not the rest.

This gym is ok. A few cons are kids running around, not always very clean in the pools, a decent amount of hair in the drains. Pro is it has lots of assortment of machines

Front desk customer service was excellent. The changing room lockers dont have locks only the family locker area does. The changing rooms offer showers, bathrooms and bathing suit dryers. There is a little café on site. They have 1 designated laps swimming only pool. 1 kids only pool. 2 slides but they are closed for the season. 2 only adult pool areas. They have a rock climbing pool area. They have 1 ice box for adults only. Age 18 and older is considered adults. You can bring outside food and drinks.
