Just about impossible to get in a workout anymore, between the roving bands of teenagers who don’t seem to actually be working out and the general apathy of the staff this facility is a disappointment compared to what it once was

Easy in and out. I visit once a year or so - enjoy getting a good lift in and then sitting in the hot springs. The selection of workout options are outstanding. The only thing missing is a good, stand alone deadlift station.

My husband had a great workout while I had a splendid massage. We then soaked in the hot springs. There was a good number of kids, but it wasn't overly crowded.

Great place to get some exercise as well as relax in the thermal pools. Very affordable. I visited twice in one week. Attended a yoga class and a fitness class. The fitness area can be very busy but it was not an issue to utilize the various equipment. The showers and lockers are very clean and well taken care of.
