    Came here Saturday night as league bowlers in a group of 5. Apparently we had hit the rake. Which was news to us as we hadn’t. The lane itself kept freezing and had a lag. We had apparently gotten ‘kicked’ out without warning or notice. We sat at our lane for about 15 minutes with no clue waiting for our lane to be fixed. The manager ‘Manny’ was extremely unhelpful and so smug. It’s a disappointment to see people like this in place of management. You’d assume someone in management is in that position because of their ability to provide service or help. Not be unhelpful and arrogant. I assume that’s what happens when you give otherwise incompetent people like Manny a place of authority, they abuse it. He gave us the run around. We request a refund or partial refund and were denied. He wasn’t able to offer us any true reason we were ‘kicked’ out. I’m not too sure if it was a scam as we were paying cash. He was unable to provide a receipt for a while. Very strange. Disappointing to see this.
