  I bowl on league here on Thursday, it was our last day bowling, and I saw the manager Darren and another employee bowling on the clock and ignoring the lanes. What specifically made me mad was her drinking in uniform, and running to the bar, I needed help because I got double charged for my tab, I don’t think the front desk lady is all there, but she was either bowling with her friends or being rude as hell. Do better, this was an awful send off of my experience with league… Never again coming back

  Love coming here with my family, it’s a vibe! The staff is so nice and friendly. it’s the perfect place to unwind and have fun! Can’t wait to come back

  Our main spot was taken over for a prom after party so we decided to try here. Got there and god forbid someone got cotton mouth and wants to keep their crisp ice cold water bottle sent me back to leave it in the car... Also, the balls were very outdated and were bouncing rather than rolling and the lanes didn’t seem waxed (I’m not a pro). And we bowled for less than an hour probably and paid almost $100.

  First, Look at my review history. I almost exclusively leave positive reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something this detailed. I'm not some Karen or Kevin. This is a place that should be avoided if you want to be treated with human decency I hope you read this all the way through; it's longer than the average review.... But It isn't so long that you should skip it and waste your money here... I'm telling this story backwards so you can read the reason this review is 1 star first, TLDR style, and then will get to the whole story, which I promise to tell. Lady named Darrin (sp?) who is apparently manager at this place is a nasty, rude lady. We had 1 frame left and our own balls (not house bowling balls) were left in the lanes after they shut the lanes off on us with 1 frame left before closing time... so the ball returns shut off too. I went to desk to explain that our game got cut off and to request our stuck balls back. Darrin Said "too bad we're about to close". She argued with me and was confrontational & unpleasant, disrespectful even. It was quite upsetting as a regular patron. & I totally get the frustration customers can be, as a business owner myself. Btw I tipped this same lady when we paid for our games, just because I'm nice. All she did was take our money and I tipped her. I'll preface with facts here that are to their benefit, out of full disclosure, because I really want you to keep reading & to get the full picture, not just my one sided story. So they close at 11pm. That's fine... I own a business in Arvada and we always want to go home at close too. I get it. We were finishing our last game we paid for; it was 10:54. Fair. My buddy and I had 3-4 frames left league style. We are avid bowlers and bowl 3x a week. The lane shut off at 10:54, so I simply asked if they can turn it back on; we were pleasant I promise! I promised we'd be out by 11pm. Im a man of my word, I watched the clock! Meanwhile others are still bowling mind you. The male lane tech with long hair and glasses was quick and customer service friendly and turned us back on. We get down to our last bowl in 10th frame. Lane turns off. 10:59. NBD!... close enough. The only problem? Our personally owned $300 storm AI IQ balls are still in the lane, shut off, not returning our balls. And here's where it goes south... I go up to the desk, talk to Darrin, who we originally left a tip to and were nothing but jovial with. She said "too bad we close at 10:59" wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise to explain our balls were stuck! She was super rude and I had to argue with her to even be able to explain to her why I'm talking to her: to ask for our balls to be released! She threatened to call the cops just because I told her that was BS... Yeah I said the actual swear word, Sue me. It WAS BS... Meanwhile they have their friends finishing a game at leisure, at frame 6. This was such a demeaning and infuriating experience. Darrin shouldn't be anywhere near a customer! We just wanted our balls back! It would not be worth my time to write this long review if I didn't want others to know who they're giving money to. If you made it this far and you must bowl AMF, just go to Sonesta lanes on 88th or Westminster Bowlero. They are so much better to spend your money at. Don't let this place treat you like dirt because you're a slight inconvenience to them! And we went out of way to not be an inconvenience! On the way out I simply said we won't be back and she said "hope you're not." What a peach. I am absolutely not the person who thinks the customer is always right, so I really hope I have communicated to you that I was unacceptably disrespected. I would urge you not to spend your money here ..it's not worth it; you can spend the same money elsewhere and get way better service where you feel good about it! You know when you get treated right as a customer it feels good? In short, Darrin: please get help. And to readers: Darrin is the manager, not some disgruntled employee. So Spend your money somewhere else; these problems start at the top.
