Staff jumps out from behind the counter to tell me I can't even carry her in the store? We left, went down the road to Jax where our dog was fawned over, given cookies and we spent $438. See ya REI!

Brett offered to help me find them and took me to the location where the spikes were The ones I needed weren’t there. I mentioned they were online. He looked them up and said we have one pair. He looked all around other isles. And he found that one pair in my size. Now that’s tremendous customer service! Thank you Brett!
