- TTTom N (t2)Apr 1, 20265.0Popped by during a trip to Denver to see if they had any good deals and to browse the skis. We were able to find a fantastic deal on some ski pants but the pair they had in Park Meadows was a bit dirty. But the clerk there checked around and they were able to find the same pair at the Aurora location and reserved it for us. We took the quick 15 minute drive over (light traffic) and made our purchase. Great experience and tons of great skis and deals at end-of-season discounts. Definitely worth a trip.
- AAAMar 31, 20261.0Welp, i've got an Epic Pass and I went to the Park Meadows store to get a free wax and 50% a tune. The rude employee told me the wax machine was broken and they don't ski tunes. All of this is incorrect! I search around the website's and you cannot find any leadership email addresses. I called Epic customer service and someone from India who I couldn't understand was no help cause they don't speak English and I don't speak Indian. I went to Eskimo Ski in Centennial and there tuning my skis and gave me a discount! The Epic Pass it's kind of a rip off and a money grabber. This is why I kind of want to get some training and go backcountry skiing. I can't say this enough, the Park Meadows store and Epic in general is absolutely unprofessional and a waste of money. I'm happy to delete this review, but I want compensation , and I want my free wax and 50% off my tune that I paid for. Epic ripped me off and lied. Tune your skis at Eskimo and then start training up for backcountry skiing instead.
