  Well they switch to string pin bowling and don't tell you . It was $50 for 2 people to bowl 3 games on string pins no shoe rental be auae we had our own . The pins fall when they shouldnt , don't when they should . It's terrible if you are going to actually bowl. If not there are lots of games and flashing lights for you to enjoy and you would probably have a good time.

  My fiance and I originally went to the Denver 16th Street location, but had a terrible experience with the employees being so rude on top of not accepting our Groupon (which took us directly to that location and we had to pay for parking, of course). Upset and feeling like our evening was on the verge of being wasted, we decided to call the Lone Tree location to verify if they would accept our Groupon. Jayden, who politely introduced himself confirmed that we should have been able to use the Groupon at every single Lucky Strike and Bowlero location and to come on over, they would be happy to have us. He was very professional and kind. Jasmine helped us get our shoes and was incredibly welcoming as she immediately accepted our groupon and was super positive and sweet. We had a 100% better experience at the Lone Tree location and were shocked at the lack basic customer service at the Denver location. We will be returning to the Lone Tree location, not Denver, and will advise others to do the same! Thanks Jayden and Jasmine!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  After a terrible experience at the 16th Street location, we were THIS close to calling it a night. But instead, we gave this location a shot… and WOW, glad we made that choice. I called ahead to make sure they’d take my Groupon (because trust issues now), and Jaden answered like a total pro. Quick, professional, and reassuring — 10/10 phone vibes. When we walked in, Jasmine greeted us with the kind of smile that says, “Don’t worry, we got you.” She was upbeat, efficient, and had us set up with our Groupon, lane, and shoes in record time. No stress, no awkwardness — just smooth sailing. The place was clean, the energy was great, and our waitress was on it. Drinks appeared before we could even think, that’s great service. All in all, this location restored my faith in Lucky Strike. Great vibes, great staff, zero chaos. We’ll definitely be back and appreciate how well this location is run.

  Hit or miss for a modern bowling alley. Prices are exceedingly high so I recommend coming on a deal night or unlimited special. Shoes are not included in the already pricey rates either. While the atmosphere/venue is very nice, expansive and full of entertainment options, it's lacking in service as well as accomodations for larger groups on busy nights. We had a very large group but scheduled ahead with planner. We still had to wait upon arrival to get lanes ready and they put us upwards of 10 people per team as they didn't have room to spread us out further. This made the turns very long and less enjoyable. Part of this may have been due to our planning and I understand all guests need to be accommodated but I feel improvements can be made for the price paid. Additionally, service at the bars is lacking. I'm sure all staff is working very hard but wait times of 10 plus minutes for to a single beer when you're trying to get back to your lane is silly. This lack of urgency was constant with multiple staff members across numerous customers. (And to clarify, this wasn't a packed bar, simply very long times to make each drink, maybe further mixology training would help here) That being said, once finally served, most of the staff turned out to be very nice (some attitude and lack of interest but kind for the most part) All in all, the evening was enjoyable, but if Lucky Strike is to last in the area, it might want to take some pages out of the books of the competition.

  Great environment. Lanes are super dry though. I'm not used to dry lanes and hate that about it here. Otherwise it's enjoyable. Asked about when lanes were oiled last. Was told 2 days ago, with roughly 1,300 people through the alley today. Immediate 1-star drop from 3-star. Would NOT recommend if they cannot take care of their lanes. Will be contacting corporate for a refund. Beyond disgusted with this place. It's a Sunday with almost no business. Every other alley I've passed tonight was packed. Enough proof in seeing that to not come back here.
