My family had a great boot fitting experience with Eric. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and he was able to help both of my sons find the perfect boots. I really appreciated that he listened to our needs and was able to accommodate performance and our price point! I highly recommend Eric.

If you're a snowboarder looking for anything, go talk to Kevin. No BS, listens very well about your experience, riding style, budget, etc. He's tha man. He's now helped me get a new pair of boots and now a powder board. Couldn't reccomend him any less!

Heather and the boarding team is straight up AMAZING! Took my teen in for his first board, boots, and bindings and we walked away extremely satisfied, excited, and ready to go with smiles on our faces. Beyond thrilled! He's ready to go and the team only made him more excited. The collaboration, even though they were super busy, made us want to go up today. Im sending everyone I can to them- Heather, Emmanuel and I forgot the other guys name (so sorry!).

First time here at Epic Mountain Gear and the staff was amazing! The guy in charge of the snowboard waxing (I forget names lol), was so nice and attentive to me, giving me advice on what my board needed. Definitely coming back everything I need to wax my board! They even have great snow season clothing for sale!

Absolutely amazing boot footing experience with Eric. I'm a boot fitter's nightmare and Eric was topnotch. My feet aren't pretty - super wide forefoot with some oddities, and a super narrow heel and ankle. To make it more complex, I'm a true expert with about 185 lbs. of plenty of muscle pushing hard on skis and boots - so a wide slush bucket of a boot isn't going to work at all. Quite simply, there isn't a boot that's made for me off-the-shelf.
Even with these challenges, Eric found a boot that could work as a good starting point and from there, patiently worked with me over multiple sessions on custom insoles, liner work, and shell work. With literally hours spent with me, Eric probably knows my feet better than anyone at this point.
The end result has been amazing - I have a pair of boots that's dialed in at exactly the mix of performance and comfort that works for me. With one set of boots, I can ski all day in bumps and tight trees with my former ski bum friends, and turn around and teach my kids the next in comfort.
Getting boots dialed in is an investment of time and I do it once every 3-5 years. I was really happy to have Eric as a trusted partner and can't recommend him enough.
