If I could give negative stars to this manager and his store I would but unfortunately 1 star is the minimum.

Tried to buy a pair of boots couldn't use the 25% off Tried to buy another item a hyperlite backpack also couldn't use it for that then it expired so huge waste of money tbh. The boots were supposed to be returnable for a year and they split in the middle and gave me blisters so I tried returning them and apparently their policy is fake so prepare to get lied to and shook down for cash In skeevey ways. Membership is an absolute joke according to what they promised versus what they actually offer. If they were honest upfront I wouldn't be mad but the lying is gross. It has been a couple months since this happened but it came back up because im shopping for new gear. Check out feral if you want good prices for the same things. Sure theirs no "club" to join but they won't lie to you and that's something I prefer over what happens when I go to REI.
