Had multiple other people at a different rental place look at the boot and all agreed I should not have been given a boot in as bad of shape as the one I had. Another ski rental shop gave me extra padding (thank you Ski Cooper!!) but did not help. Returned in Keystone and went smooth-ish (not this location’s fault). Was nice we could return to a different store in this chain than this one. The staff were kind and did help us with a booking error (booked an extra day on accident) which is why I am not giving them 1 star.
