  Che was fantastic to work with during my ski rental at Keystone. He was friendly, patient, and clearly knew his stuff. Most places just try and herd you through but he helped me get the right gear quickly and made sure everything fit perfectly before I headed out. The skiing was also amazing thanks to the incredible selection of demo skis that they offer. It’s rare to get service that feels both efficient and genuinely welcoming, but Che nailed it. Thanks for making the start of my trip so smooth.

  This has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had at a ski rental shop. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Rude, rude, rude. 2 hours to get fitted when there wasn’t a line. When we were helped, she was borderline mean and flat out just told me to go to the other location in river run. Very hostile environment. If I could get a refund, I would go somewhere else for rentals!

  A very big shout out to Mal for helping me with my ski rental! It was a difficult process to find skis that fit my petite frame but Mal took extra care and time to ensure I was sent to the slopes with the correct sized skis to ensure my safety. I had the best experience on the slopes for my first time downhill skiing and would recommend renting from here!
