The gear was top-quality and perfectly tuned for Keystone conditions, which made a huge difference on the mountain. Special shoutout to Greg, the manager—he runs an incredible operation. Greg went above and beyond to make sure everything was dialed in, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about customers and his team. If you’re renting or buying gear in Keystone, this is the place to go!
- JLJared LewinDec 13, 20251.0Greg the store manager hung up on me. This stemmed from a mistake the store made. They were supposed to pick up my gear a day before and even with a call they never showed. When explaining to Greg I had a flight catch to so I could not stay to hand over the gear he got upset and proceeded to hang the phone up rather than find a solution for his store mistake. I’ve used both Ski butlers and this company. I would recommend ski butlers they offer the same deals and are much easier to work with. Greg do better!
