  My freshman daughter was home visiting from college, and we drove 4 hours for an evening of night skiing as a special, bonding experience. Within the first 3 minutes of my first run, both of my snowboard bindings broke. I was able to hike back up to the gondola and return to the base. I went to Keystone Sports and begged to have my bindings repaired. Unfortunately due to age and obsolescence, they were irreparable. Seamus saw that I was highly distraught and took the time to understand my situation. He was empathetic and incredibly creative in devising a solution to enable me to enjoy at least one run with my daughter before we had to drive back home. I will forever be grateful! I don't know what Seamus' position was, but if he wasn't the store manager, he certainly should be. If only more people could provide the kind of level of customer service that he did, the world would be a better place.

  $40 for a sharp and full wax. 20 minutes. Board felt great. Friendly service.
