  My binding broke and Hunter at the River Run Keystone Sports was so helpful. He got it fixed in no time and tightened everything else up on my bindings. He went above and beyond. Thank you Hunter!

  Hunter might have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I truly felt like I was at home while picking out a new snowboard. I will definitely be back!!

  Brought my board in to get spots touched up. Showed the guy at the desk what i was referring to. He assured to me with buying the full package the spots would be attended to. I wasn't expecting perfection just some effort. But when I got the board back they did not address the two main spots I needed attention too at all and did bare minimum on the rest. I feel lied to and upsold , out of money I could have put elsewher. I took the board to a different shop that immediately assured to me the spots I need will be attended too with atleast some effort.

  Hunter helped us get both snowboarding pants and boots. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He got to the store early and prepared multiple boots to try on. He took him time making sure that I got the perfect boot, and was very patient with me being a first time snowboarder. Could not recommend him and this store enough.

  We had the BEST experience at the Keystone shop! Pat, the manager, went above and beyond to help me return a helmet that I had actually purchased from a different store. He truly didn’t have to help the way he did, but he went to great lengths to make sure everything was sorted out. That level of customer care is rare and so appreciated. Linda was also incredibly hospitable and welcoming. She made my friends and me feel completely taken care of from the moment we walked in. They were both patient, kind, and genuinely joyful — it made such a difference in our trip. Thank you both for such amazing service! We’ll definitely be back.
