  I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional support and guidance from Colin Weiderman provided to my wife, Dawn, during her recent ski demo day and subsequent purchase of a new set of skis. Colin's dedication to helping her find the perfect set of skis and a matching set of bindings was truly impressive. His knowledge of and passion for snow sports really shows in his dedication to great customer service. After expertly mounting and testing the equipment, he even applied a fresh coat of wax. Colin's efforts have undoubtedly prepared my wife to take her alpine skiing experience to new heights.

  Poor customer service. Riding with new skiiers and showed up 5 minutes past 5 to return our ski rentals. There were at least 10 people inside that all looked at us through the glass laughing and wouldn't let us set our stuff inside. Even the manager. Sad to say I was disappointed from the pick up to drop off with this rental service. Wouldn't waste time here.

  Took my own skis and boots into to get a binding check and waxed. The shop manager, Pat, took extremely good care of me. I had to go back later to get a boot adjustment and had the opportunity to watch Pat interact with some other customers looking to purchase new boots. I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience working with customers to make sure they all had exceptional experiences. If you are at Keystone and need help with any of your equipment, I highly recommend seeking out Pat for help. You will be happy with the experience.

  Ok, so I have been struggling with boots and was about to drop more money on a new pair and then I ran into Pat aka the “boot whisperer”. He took a look at my boots after I declared I need new ones and said, “the boots are fine, the last shop didn’t finish the fitting.” He proceeded to disassemble my boots and put the shells in inserts into an oven. 10 minutes later, the boots were on my feet and he had me lean forward for three minutes to help with the molding. Fast forward three hours later and I’m sitting in a bar with my boots still on.. I used to count down the minutes till I could take them off.. Thank you Pat, you have a customer for life!

  Huge shout out to Garrett and the rest of the folks at Keystone Sports. Someone that had rented from Keystone Sports mistakenly took my personal skis off the rack near the gondola instead of the demos they had rented (same model, different year). When I brought the rentals back to the shop and explained the situation, the staff were extremely understanding and helpful. Garrett especially bent over backwards to try to track down the renter, and was just incredible in patiently providing status updates and explaining how things worked on their end, despite it being the crazy busy holiday season. He got me in a comped pair of rentals within ~10 minutes so I didn't disappoint my kid on the mountain. He was also eventually able to track down my skis, and when he found out the poles were lost he quickly gave me a used pair they had in stock. Big thanks to the crew for their customer service, to someone who wasn't even a customer (this year at least)!
