  Matty was awesome, I had spent most of the afternoon searching for a bike in several stores and online. Walked into Trek and found it right away. Should have made it my first stop!

  We have been shopping around for new e-bikes and stopped in here. Kirsten was super knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us try several options before we decided. A great team of employees that worked together to make the sale.

  Went in for a small issue on the bike and the team was super helpful and worked with me to figure out the problem and provide multiple solutions, including some that didn’t require purchase of new parts. Worked with Matty who was very helpful, knowledge, and a great energy to help cut through my anxiety on the problem (and the potential fix cost) Also, while standing in line for the service overheard the mechanic talking to a 10 year old about his bike and he couldn’t have been more friendly. Earnestly asking about what happened and explaining fixes and ways to avoid breakdowns in the future. Overall will be going back again for service and parts

  Matty (store manager) was super helpful in picking the right bikes for me, my wife and my daughter. He was very responsive and in touch until the bikes got delivered. Jake delivered the bikes and was again very patient with any questions we had. Overall they made the experience super smooth and pleasant.
