The employees at this store were very helpful and clearly knowledgeable. I was able to test ride a couple bikes and got all set up within 45 minutes or so. Matty, the manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my experience at this shop and will use them again for sure. Now I have a sweet bike I can ride around on!

Got a used car salesman pitch about how they couldn’t install the tubes and tires on my bike; I’d need new wheels. Got sold a set of wheels, that weren’t on site, wheels took weeks to get there. They didn’t have my phone number on file, so they had been calling a wrong number and it took me calling the store to see if the wheels were there. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, so I asked them to process a return. They said that they would only give me store credit. Avoid this Trek store at all costs. Have had 0 problems with the Trek store in Golden, but this ain’t it.
