We’re conveniently located near some amazing places to ride, like the Waterton Canyon, Colorado, East-West, and Highline Canal Trails. Our team is also proud to support the local cycling community through our involvement with the Highlands Ranch Junior Cycling Club.

Got a used car salesman pitch about how they couldn’t install the tubes and tires on my bike; I’d need new wheels. Got sold a set of wheels, that weren’t on site, wheels took weeks to get there. They didn’t have my phone number on file, so they had been calling a wrong number and it took me calling the store to see if the wheels were there. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, so I asked them to process a return. They said that they would only give me store credit. Avoid this Trek store at all costs. Have had 0 problems with the Trek store in Golden, but this ain’t it.

I came in for the first time with a few issues and the staff was incredibly knowledge and helpful and we worked towards problem-solving some even bigger issues that popped up. Would highly recommend this store and will be back in the future with any future bicycle needs.

We have purchased 2x Trek bicycles and one Wahoo Trainer set and have been treated extremely well by both sales and service over the past 2.5 years. Super impressive people that are genuinely committed to the highest level of customer engagement, service, and satisfaction of any establishment I’ve encountered in 2.5 yrs. I always believe the tone of an organization is set by the leadership and the store manager, Matty, is “that person”. He’s a unique and remarkable leader.
