  I was skeptical about this park going into things, given that I hadn't seen it in person before moving there, and the reviews weren't always reassuring. I couldn't have been more wrong about my worries. The park is in a nice location by the mountains and is conveniently placed between Denver and the highway that takes you into the Rockies. The park itself is nothing special, but the staff is an entirely different story. Jo, Rachel, and Patty are the ladies that run the office, and they are some of the kindest women that you will ever meet. Rachel and Jo helped me through some difficult times during my almost year stay at Golden terrace, and helped me to not feel so alone in a new place far from home. They alone are worth staying at this park, and they are very reasonable about helping out with any troubles you might run into during your stay. The maintenance men are all very kind as well and are fast to respond to your troubles. They greeted me with a smiling face during every encounter. Thank you to all the staff at Golden Terrace, and I'm grateful for all that you've done :)

  Left in 2018 Majority of neighborhood are extremely racist! ... take pictures and record everything you do! set up cameras because they will steal your car if your not "white" be vigilant! office management WILL cut corners and take advantage of you! Very sad place and unsafe if your a minority
