    Epic Mountain Gear in Frisco was a great stop. I brought in a pair of skis that belonged to my son last year, and Bill McCall helped get everything sorted so they could be set up properly for my smaller boot size. The whole process was quick, clear, and handled professionally. Bill was pleasant to work with and made everything easy. I appreciate the help and would gladly go back.

He’s a little eccentric in the best way, but nothing about the interaction felt like a sales pitch. He made me feel like a friend, and it honestly came across as who he is—not a tactic. I left feeling confident in my purchase and convinced that he really enjoys helping people get outside and enjoy the mountains. Highly recommend working with him.

    The best people! My bike broke down on my way home from Frisco, wheeled it in and they got me back up and running within minutes! They were super nice and helpful. The shop is awesome and has everything you need winter or summer.

    I LOVE the Epic sports in Frisco. Super chill vibe, great place to swap out kid skis and boots through their swap program and then term, WAY LESS BUSY than in the front range. Bill and Owen are taking great care of me, getting my boots heat molded (even though I bought them used in Boulder) and so on. Good people, good vibe, sweet gear. Getting the discount using my EPIC ski pass is a bonus.

    Mitchell is a life saver! After purchasing new ski boots and struggling with extreme pain, he took one look at them and said, "we are trading those out". He was amazingly helpful, professional, and listened to my issues when no one else would. I can't thank him enough for making a huge difference for my feet. All without any extra stress or headaches!
