  I worked with Timothy to get boot fitted for new skis, boots, and bindings. He was super knowledgeable about the whole process and was extremely thorough. You tell he takes pride in his work!

  Bill McCall is THE guy! He fit me in the best pair of ski boots I’ve ever worn, and was patient and didn’t mind spending time to help me find what felt right. Be sure to make an appointment with him! And bonus, he’s a great local food guide! Thanks again “Uncle Bill!”

  I came in to get an opinion/advice on my current snowboard boots in terms of purchasing new ones or heat molding liners. I got bounced around to a bunch of people who kept pointing me to other people. It wouldn’t have taken long to have a simple conversation, but nobody was even willing. Certainly won’t be giving them any business.

  Putting the new old lady on blast. She shouldn’t be in the front of the store at all. Completely incompetent at any level. I’m standing next in line and she skips me to help the white lady. Thankfully the white lady pointed out I was standing ahead of her in line. That’s unacceptable. She should be gone, I don’t care if she needs this job. I’d never choose to shop here again other than to pick up packages, a 1000 other places to buy skis, so many other options. Not coming down until you make it right.

  Outstanding service from Bill McCall. He went the extra mile for my daughter and I while we were experiencing some boot discomfort from skiing the day before. Even though we didn’t buy our equipment there he took plenty of time with us to make sure our boots were adjusted properly. He did all this and asked for no payment. He even gave us good skiing fundamentals and appropriate posture tips for skiing out west in more powder vs skiing in the east where we normally ski. He was very thoughtful and kind and I wanted people to know that if you are in need of a boot fitting, Bill is the best. I can’t thank him enough for his great service. I already sent my Buddy and his daughter there to buy new skis and bindings.
