I tried to help my friends get rental gear but was promptly ejected from the checkout area with no explanation. He also got angry at my friends for not being able to find their reservation in the system. I hade never experienced this sort of bizarre hostility at any ski rental and will not be recommending this to anyone in the future. The other employees are wonderful and helpful, but nonetheless, extremely disappointed.
