  Robby was amazing! We came in looking to buy a snowboard, and since they only had used boards, he took the time to walk us through all the options and helped us find the perfect one. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made us feel confident in our decision. Super patient, not pushy at all, and genuinely cared about helping us get the right fit. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to him. Highly recommend asking for Robby!

  I picked up a demo board here that had definitely seen some use, but I knew it had potential. One of the staff members, Aidan, took the time to really work on it and tune it up for me. When I came back the next morning, I was honestly blown away by the transformation. The board looked fantastic and rode so much better than I expected. You can tell Aidan genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in getting things just right. This kind of service is hard to find—going above and beyond to make sure a customer leaves happy. Huge thanks to Aidan for his skill, attention to detail, and dedication. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this shop to others!

  Robby saved the day for me. Broke one of my good carbon fiber poles and he set me up with a pair to get me through the last couple of days of my trip. Great people.

  Aiden the assistant manager had the best service I’ve had in my 4 years at Frisco. He was attentive and quick even though the store was packed. Made my experience a lot better than other ski rental places.

  Absolutely wonderful. I had both Amanda and Taylor helping me find shoes. They were just so amazingly knowledgeable and patient! We have been coming to the store and are so impressed that the products are so well displayed. Made a five minute trip last 45 minutes.! Bravo!!!
