They were very helpful and walked me through everything they could find that they would cover, as well as some recommended replacement and other maintenance. After bringing it home, I noticed it 'popped' at the highest gear. brought it back and they helped me immensely. They found that one of the gears had worn down more than the others. They got it fixed and didn't charge me anything since they didnt catch it during the initial tune-up. Not only that but they answered all my questions and taught me some new information about how to take care of my bike and keep it out of the shop longer. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable and kind. I can't recommend this shop enough.

We were hesitant coming in with our two small kids, one 8 months old and one 2 and a half worried about keeping them busy while we tested out a few bikes. We were quickly shown a kids play area they made to allow them to have a bit of fun while we were looking around. Complete with snacks, juice boxes, and plenty of crayons and toys to keep them busy. Not to mention and extremely knowledgeable staff that made our experience something better than we could have expected. Thank you so much to the Trek team here in Fort Collins! We will absolutely be back!
