The first thing I looked at was a pair of socks that did not look very special, $25; then the next pair I looked at were $32.95. then men's and women's stuff mixed up in the same section made it difficult to look for what I might want. I gave up and left after a short walk around.

- RGRianne GeilenkirchenOct 24, 20255.0I have no idea how to leave this feedback directly to REI, but my husband and I came to this location last night and a woman named Simone was SO SO helpful and patient with me as we tried to find shoes that would fit. I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit me and I have some invisible disabilities which make this process even more difficult. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated Simone and all that she did for me - she REALLY went above and beyond and it really made my day of traveling and stress so much better.
