Ryan and I have been training Muay Thai for 3 months. He's an amazing coach who constantly looks for ways to help you grow and improve. His focus is entirely on you during each session, and he truly cares about your progress. He regularly gives valuable feedback and uses different approaches to help you close skill gaps. When he travels to different countries, Ryan trains at Muay Thai gyms to bring fresh insights and a broader perspective to his students. He also brings in examples from real competitions to show why certain training methods matter. He’ll make sure you go home tired and fully worked out—but always safely and without injuries. You’ll feel challenged, accomplished, and eager to come back for more. I highly recommend working with Ryan to anyone looking for private/group classes. The place itself is always clean and well taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to send my kids there to train.

I had been wanting to start training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for years, and finally made the decision to join McMahon about two months ago — I’m so glad I did. From my very first class, I was hooked. The instructors are truly world-class: knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in your growth. Every training partner I’ve worked with has been welcoming, respectful, and tough in the best way. McMahon creates an environment that’s both challenging and incredibly supportive, making it the perfect place for anyone looking to start their martial arts journey. The only thing I’d change? I just wish I lived closer so I could train here even more often!
