  We were so pleased and impressed with the EXCEPTIONAL customer service and care we received today (2/26/2026, Thursday) in the rental shop on Arrowhead from the gentleman on duty today. It was a busy shop and our representative was professional, caring,patient, went the EXTRA mile,knowledgeable and was able to get our children on their way to snowboarding!! Another reason we will return to Arrowhead next year!! Thank You!!

  Many thanks to Hunter in the ski shop, who very quickly and efficiently solved a mechanical problem that threatened to derail my family’s ski vacation this morning.

  Great base lodge at the Beaver Creek's Arrowhead chair lift. We were there on a Sunday mid day when there was live music, tables, and patio umbrellas outside, lunch, festivities, and skiing. A great scene. The trails on Arrowhead were fun - especially Golden Bear. Loved it.

  Small ski shop, small retail area, providing ski rentals and tuning. A couple of cashier's for lift tickets or season tickets. I wanted to buy retail but everyone was busy service ski rentals so after waiting about 5 minutes I left without the items.
