I was right, they didn't have it, but the gentleman who helped me in the shoe/boot section was very patient and helpful in answering my questions. I haven't been to many REI stores but this one seemed to be pretty big and very well stocked, too.

Alicia was the team member that helped us an I cannot say enough about the service she provided. Every concern and question got addresses with careful consideration and patience. We walked out with a perfectly fitted new pair of ski boots and cannot recommend this store and the services provided enough. Thank you Alicia, you are amazing!
