  Christian really took care of us with great service and food. The food was great and service was excellent. Great place for family, friends or a date night! Will definitely come again thanks to Christian and staff

  We usually go about once a month to Luck Strike Northfield. Service is always attentive, friendly, and professional. All spaces are well maintained and clean. One of my friends uses a wheelchair so we appreciate the accessibility feeatures, like the ramp up to the bowling lanes and the spacious single family restroom. And we love their milkshakes and burgers. It's easy to say we have many reasons to keep going back and recommend this place to others!

  Came here to celebrate my hubby's birthday and just goof around. It was alot of fun! Kind and friendly staff. Helpful and always making sure you were good. Clean areas and lots to do. We only got nachos and those were good. Had a good time letting our inner kids out ♡ will be back!

  Mixed Experience - On the downside, They advertised a 25% off special but charged an additional $30 reservation fee for 13 people. It felt a little nickel & dime. The food trays were inconsistent in quality and quantity. The combo platters were a good size w good assortment! Hoping for a healthier option we ordered the veggies plater that was almost the same price - and yet 1/2 the size of the other platters with tiny bowls of hummus. It was advertised as new to the menu but the Carrots & veggies were old. Looking at the food beverage menu I don’t understand how a normal family could afford dinner and soda fountain drinks. Most of our folks just stuck to the table nibbles (trays mentioned above) because the prices were pretty spendy. Maybe this is just normal these days?! The positive side … the place itself was super nice! The lane seating was clean & comfortable and the lanes worked well. Good selection of Shoes & Balls. Our “captain/service team” was very nice and helped keep the party flowing! We also had some administrative issues. Trying to get a hold of a person real time. We wanted to use a corporate gift card to book a reservation online, but it would not accept it. We couldn’t just call and speak w someone real time like in the olden days! And they don’t open til 4. At the end of the party event evening, when we checked out, it was quite a process, but thankfully the front desk manager was able to help us utilize the gift card for some of the food. The last straw was leaving a nice Jean jacket behind. When called (3 times) the next day, the front desk manager said there was no jacket in lost and found. So normal these days. Nice things don’t seem to make it to lost and found. The staff was very nice and accommodating, but I can’t recommend this place. .
