I came in with my coworkers tonight (we all work in the service industry.) The bartender with the blue hair I think her name is jae.??? Extremely rude and unprofessional. She had a poor attitude and was bitchy all around. Hoping next time we come in she is not working. Very uncomfortable environment.

Lucky Strike? More Like Unlucky Strike. Bought a Groupon. Showed up excited to bowl. Front desk said their system “doesn’t take it.” Cool cool cool… not a great start, but whatever. We decided to stay and bowl anyway because we’re optimistic like that. That’s when we met the front desk employee who clearly did not want to be there… or near people… or possibly awake. I walked up and got hit with a solid, moody “What?” like I had just interrupted her villain origin story. I asked if there were lanes available. She rolled her eyes (impressive form, honestly) and said there was one for an hour, but we’d have to hurry up and leave before the next group came. Nothing says “fun night out” like being pre-rushed out the door before you even take your shoes off. So we left. Went to the Lucky Strike in Lone Tree instead. They accepted the Groupon instantly and treated us like actual humans. They even mentioned the systems aren’t different… which makes this whole thing even more interesting. Moral of the story: Skip this location unless you’re looking for a live performance of “Customer Service: The Tragedy.” Go to Lone Tree. Same bowling, way better vibes

The people at the front are unhelpful and rude with super negative energy. The teenagers that work there didn't greet us or answer any questions and made us feel unwelcome so we left. It's been a while since anyone in customer service has been this rude to us. Don't recommend this location.

Lucky Strike was an absolute blast. From the second we walked in, the front desk staff (Gentleman with the blue hair) was awesome and actually acted like they wanted us there (which already puts them ahead of half the places out there). Our server AV completely stole the show. Dude was hilarious, on top of everything, and somehow kept our chaotic group organized all night. We ended up nicknaming him Aaron Carter because the energy was just unmatched. Drinks were fast, service was perfect, and he made the whole night way more fun than just bowling. The managers also came by to check on us (MARIA & GL) and made sure everything was running smoothly — you can tell this place is run by people who care about the guest experience. Great vibes, great staff, great time. 10/10 would absolutely come back and request Aaron Carter again!! 10/10 recommend!

The facilities here are very nice and clean, and the pricing is very reasonable, which we appreciated. The lanes and lounge area were well kept, and overall the space itself is great. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by being placed next to a group that was obnoxiously loud and making everyone around them uncomfortable. It really changed the atmosphere. The associate never stepped in to address the situation, and after just one game we decided to leave the lane and sit in the lounge instead. While we were there, we noticed two other groups also leave after one game because the environment had become so disruptive. We truly wish the staff had stepped in to ensure everyone could have a good time. With better management of the atmosphere, this place could easily be a much better experience.
