  I've stayed here twice now. The beds are extremely hard and firm if that is your preference. Front desk staff is always nice (Dana). The Internet doesn't work to good. My BIGGEST issue is NO 🚫 coffee ☕ NO coffee in casino and NO coffee in lobby. There is one cup in room but that is out of the nasty machine that never gets cleaned. This is an ISSUE with 90% of guest as nothing opens till 8am. Please get a coffee ☕ machine in lobby and casino. I'm sure you can find a budget for this. Hotel rooms are clean. The 4th floor vending machine just don't (cold coffee looks terrible) also main floor vending is out of toothpaste and toothbrush 🪥 no complementary items of course. People also Park in the crosswalk to do unloading witness blind person almost run into a car crossing the crosswalk.

  Brandon has been a huge help to me and my girl friend! He’s gotten us a room when there were almost none available and has gone out of his way to check and make sure that roulette was open before we came up to Cripple Creek, just made us all around super happy with his service. Highly recommend him for anyone that needs any kind of help.

  It's so much fun, I love the visit and the scenery it's really nice love going there and the drive is really nice.

  Been to the Golden Nugget Casino 3 times (came all the way from Sweden) and I absolutely loved it. Staff was great, the casino was beautiful, and the surrounding location was as pretty as a Windows 11 wallpaper reel (beautiful)! I may have zero luck when it comes to gambling, but I am lucky to have found the Golden Nugget. Will visit again on my next visit to the states.
