- TFTina Folck2 days ago1.0I had a few questions about my cancellation, the person who took my call, would NOT let me finish my sentence, which made me upset, she talked over me constantly and when I asked to speak to someone else she told me they were too busy to talk to me. I then told her she was being inappropriate and she said she didn’t have to listen to this and hung up… that’s customer Service, I think not. No matter what I asked no matter what I said she just continue to talk over me. Because of this, I will not stay there again. She never answered my questions I had. An argument is not what I called for. I just wanted my questions answered.

The casino is good but Super low RTP all through out, looses slots yeah right. They changed all the machines. Max bet on 777 wheel spin for the bonus ,8 bucks! got 25 back.. I would just recommend going to black hawk. The only good casino here is the Chamonix

Problems this trip: Once we arrived to the room the smell of disinfectant, which smelled like a really bad perfume, it was so overwhelming we opened the door and ran the bathroom fan for a while to get the smell out. After a day of gambling we came back to the room to relax. TV did not work, front desk staff made it sound like it was a common problem and offered no solution. Internet was also horrible, took me several attempts over approximately 30 minutes to connect and when it finally did connect it was very slow.
