Stay away. We stayed 2 nights in misery. $50 a day resort fee and $50 a day deposit at check in. One tiny microwave in the lobby for the entire hotel to use, televisions were not working either. Desk was not informing guest about televisions but gladly charged full fees! Casino hospitality is worse. We would have happily lost money but could not get a drink from anyone. Saltgrass Steakhouse was the worst of all. 2 hour wait for a burnt steak and cold dry hamburger with unmelted cheese. 2 days of being ignored, no drinks, bad food, poor room with less amenities than Motel 6. We should have known to stay away from anything in the Landry's organization. Pathetic.

I've never seen a casino that doesn't pay when you enter a bonus round.. I bet 3$ bets and only get a 6$ bonus. I played several games here and ended up in plenty of bonuses rounds. When your betting 3$ and only get 6$ out of 15 spins it tells me they have there machines set at a very low percentage. What their doing here is illegal

So I had a pretty wild experience at this casino. I Still am kind of wondering if it actually happened. I haven't been receiving my promo "cash" for the last month, today was my third time coming is said month to try to speak to someone about this. My last two attempts were unsuccessful mostly because of me attempting to find someone to help me on Sunday after midnight, but today I got a person. Well actually I got 3!!! First two kept suggesting that I add my number to the account, and the third one, we'll she was the most gifted one of all!!! Mind you, I am not a "whale" by any means, but I have been coming here for over a decade and spend my fair share here. Back to the Main Character of this encounter, after again telling me that I dont have my phone number attached to my account, I insist my last glitch effort to allow them to retain my business let her know that I only frequent this particular establishment mainly because of promos and since this is my third unsucsefull attempt to address this i might as well be going to any of the other 9 casinos in town. To which she very politely replies : " yeah, should try Chamonix, they have pretty good promos there." Needless to say I was stunned to hear that reply, so she promptly followed up with "have a great day!!" May be its me loosing today, but I always thought casinos would be the last strong hold of customer service and guest satisfaction. I Have Been Corrected!!!!

We used to love coming here, but this time we actually checked out early and left because the GM is cutting costs by not making the beds properly. They no longer use fitted sheets and they basically give you 2 flat sheets to cover with. It was cold, lumpy and uncomfortable. Of all the ways to cut corners, you really should properly make the beds. It was a very sad experience, the staff was kind and professional, and the facility is clean, except the dry blood in the stairwell that has been there since our last visit a year ago. You would think with the new hotel, the nugget would step up their game, not lower their standards, especially when it come to bed comforts.
