  Manager did everything possible to be the grouchiest, most unhelpful, unfriendly killjoy. The place was empty in what has to be the slowest ski season in a long time. Rather than be grateful for our group's business, the manager treated us poorly as if we were the biggest inconvenience of his day (both at rental and again at drop-off). The rest of the employees were great. There are plenty of places to ski that will happily have our business and one rotten apple does spoil the bunch--especially if he's the manager. We will not be back. I was told his name is Skylar. I had no desire to encounter his attitude again to verify.

  I really appreciate the friendly customer service by all the employees here. They make you feel very welcomed and gently happy to have you at their mountain.

  Thank you Jake and Chris for creating a great experience for me and my family while we visited from Bend! You can tell when shop employees genuinely care about their guest’s experience. When the board I wanted to demo was already out, these guys did everything they could to leave a positive impression and took the time to chat with us even though they were about to close. Good to know the stoke is alive and well at Crested Butte! Thanks again Gents!

  Awful experience… only one worker and took forever! 3 hours for pickup… over 1 hour for drop off! Go to christy sports!
