- JCjack chenFeb 10, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable experience. The rental company never disclosed that the snowboard they gave me had already been in use for five years. I rode it under normal conditions for two full days with zero issues. Only after I was completely done snowboarding did I notice that the front edge was cracked. Despite this clearly being wear and tear from an old board, they still charged me $194, claiming the board was “no longer usable.” After forcing me to pay in full, they offered no explanation, no apology, and zero goodwill. This is a blatant attempt to shift responsibility onto the customer for their poorly maintained, outdated equipment. The way this business treats customers is disgraceful. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I will never rent from this company again. I strongly recommend others stay far away
