Amazing experience! First time buying bikes as we needed a hobby to do and Scott was so helpful and kind with us. We ended up getting 2 bikes and the following week went back to get a third! We’ve been to this bike shop multiple times to get accessories and ask questions and each and every time Scott has been so helpful. My first bike ride I ended up getting a flat tire from a goat head and I brought my bike back in and they fixed it right up and also gave me advice for better tires. I will only be going to this bike shop and Scott needs a well deserved raise! Everyone else too there was also super nice and friendly. Highly recommend this shop!!

Three dudes working and just chatting at the checkout counter while I wait for the one bike repair guy. No one said anything to me for 20 minutes while waited. Probably because I brought in a Specialized and not a trek to get serviced. Also instead of doing the repairs right then and make people wait how about do customer intakes and come back to trying to up charge on every single part. Man, I wish there were actual bike repair shops in this area.

I've had a number of issues with this shop. First, they don't honor the coupons they send you in the mail. I had a $10 off coupon I gave directly to the guy right there at the cash register during checkout. He said he'd take if off then it wasn't until I got home and looked at my receipt that it wasn't there. Second, they don't honor their in store sales prices on mark-downs. I bought a pair of shoes there that were originally $90 and were marked down to $55. They were clearly marked with $55 on the box. When I took it to the check out they charged me full price. Thirdly, they sold me a non-OEM chain that was $20 more than the original OEM one, insisted it was equivalent and would work on my bike, and then it wasn't until I got home and tried to install the chain that I realized it was too wide and wouldn't work with my cassette and derailleur pulleys (they had the code for my original chain - I even brought the bike in a showed it to them). You can see the pattern here - they don't care about doing what's right for their customers - they only care about maximizing every possible sale - and they don't care if that comes at your expense. I can't believe how poorly I've been treated at this shop, especially after having bought a brand new Checkpoint last Spring. I'm all for supporting my local bike shop but I don't like getting jerked around and taken advantage of. I will be taking my cycling purchases elsewhere from now on.

The kindest, most professional people around. Thank you all so much! You have exceeded my expectations, especially considering the challenges I threw at you while looking for a bike!
