As a first-time skier, I was pretty nervous, but he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. Kyle took the time to make sure all of my equipment fit perfectly and explained everything. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident before hitting the slopes. The rental equipment was in great condition, and the overall experience was seamless. If you’re new to skiing—or even if you’re not—I highly recommend this shop and ask for Kyle!
