  We had an amazing experience renting skis from Breck Sports! At first I was concerned about it just being a convenient option, but from the second we walked in, we were greeted by the nicest, friendliest team. Jennifer and her staff were simply amazing. Took perfect care of us, got us in and out in no time and the quality of the gear was well worth the value. Upon return, they greeted us by name and made us feel so welcomed. I would return for sure!

  Would not recommend. Although this is “the rental place of convenience” on the mountain. I would take the inconvenience of renting else wear next time. We were not welcomed coming in, being from out of town, first time in Breck, this being one of our first places to visit I instantly had a bad feeling about the whole resort based on my Breck Sport experience with the staff. It was hard to understand where to even start. Staff said we needed a rental reservation and that it come through email, it did not. We basically had to beg them to help us understand what to do to get gear. The process of getting 1 set of skis and 1 snowboard took over an hour and a half. Most of that time the guy helping us was gone. If our son had not had lessons the next day, we wouldn’t have been back to Breck at all. Most staff was just standing around talking to each other. I will add my sons rental experience was completely different and the staff downstairs to this location were wonderful. We actually ended up returning our gear without using it same day due to finding better place with better gear to rent from. Return was less than total rental, they wouldn’t refund their 25 dollars worth of “convenience fees”

  Sam was absolutely phenomenal. He heard my issues with previous rentals regarding bindings blowing out, and he knew exactly what to do. He got me a great pair in Gravity Haus armadas and they have stayed on my foot perfectly all day today. You can’t ask for a better employee than Sam, I gifted him some of our favorite rainier beers to celebrate his heritage from Seattle. I’ve got to say, this location exceeded all of my expectations and I look forward to returning and giving them my business in the future. When you get treated like such a VIP customer, you’ll never go back anywhere else.

  With no prior notice, the Village location was closed down the day we needed to return our equipment. The family had to walk a quarter mile uphill carrying all of our gear to return at Beaver Run. Next time, we will rent from one of the many convenient ski rental companies across the street from the Village!
